Chris Shilling

Chris serves as the Chickasaw Nation’s Under Secretary of Technology and Innovation. He manages the technology and data science support teams in service to the Nation’s hospitality, health care and government services enterprises. He also leads the Chickasaw Nation’s tribal broadband office, and supports its wholly owned telecommunications company, Trace Fiber Networks, LLC. Formerly, he was the chief operating officer (COO) at the Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City, the only National Cancer Institute (NCI) designated facility in the state, followed by working for a technology software startup based in the US and Southeast Asia. Chris is a member of the American Cancer Society’s Statewide Board, as well as the Oklahoma Cit y Museum of Art Board of Trustees. He also is on the board of Plains Ventures and Stithcrew, entities that foster economic development for early stage entrepreneurs Nationwide.
