Jennifer Chadwick

Jennifer Chadwick is a Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, from the Oklahoma City Branch. She focuses on building mutually meaningful relationships with Tribal Nations and communities to advance collaborative economic opportunities.

With over 25 years of experience fostering partnerships between organizations and Tribal Nations, Jennifer specializes in developing collaborative relationships that honor tribal sovereignty while addressing community needs. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Jennifer served as Regional Tribal Manager at Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma and spent almost 20 years at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center coordinating health research initiatives focused on at-risk minority populations.

Jennifer has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on collaborative interventions with Native American communities, with significant contributions to community-based initiatives and ethical research practices. Her approach emphasizes cultural competency, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven development.

Jennifer applies her research expertise and decades of relationship-building experience to advance economic opportunities in partnership with Native American communities.
